Kake Educational Institution was established on September 20, 1961 and accredited
by authority of Okayama Prefecture. Kake recently celebrated its 50th anniversary.
We would like to recognize all individuals and educational institutions that have
supported our educational endeavors over the years. It is through your efforts
that we have reached this momentous day. Therefore, we would like to extend our
warmest and deepest gratitude.
Among the various activities, we presented a statue, a memorial building and a speech
contest. These along with all other events were carried out successfully and also are
the explicit realization of your efforts.
At the end of World War II, with much of Japan lying in ruins from multiple airstrikes,
particularly the hydrogen bomb dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, our founder, Mr.
Tsutomu Kake had the realization that ONLY through education can Japan recover as
this country has few natural resources. From that point on and throughout the rest
of his life, Mr. Kake had been actively involved in the development of education in Japan.
For this 50th anniversary celebration, we must remember the original inspiration that
gave life to our institution, and always come up with new and exciting ideas that will
build upon that inspiration and advance us into the future.
